Our Products
We pride ourselves on raising happy animals and high-quality products. By implementing a rotational grazing system, we are giving back to the soil and land, and we are actively rejuvenating our pasture that has been under an extractive haying system for almost a decade.
All of our products are available for small or larger scale purchase directly through us, A Common Pasture, or the Kalamazoo Valley Food Hub. Through these partnerships, we are able to scale-up our production in a sustainable manner and still serve our broader Southwest, Michigan community.
Where to find our products
Farm-to-Table: Pasture-Raised Pork & Grassfed Lamb
Pork: This Fall, we’re excited to have a LOT of pasture-raised pork in a variety of cuts available for sale, thanks to our collaborative effort with A Common Pasture . Processed by a USDA-licensed facility, it’s ready for your Farm-to-Table restaurant or your family’s Easter celebration. Contact us directly to place an order.
Lamb: We are in our first year of scaling up our lamb production and only have a couple lambs to process. However, we are happy to take orders for specific cuts. For our friends in the restaurant industry, we will be prepared to scale-up to your needs starting next Fall (2026).
On the Farm Stand: Eggs, Rhubarb, & Flowers
Find eggs every day at our farm stand in Plainwell. They are $5.00/dozen.
In the Spring and Summer you will also find rhubarb and cut flowers to add to your shopping basket!
Looking for Raw Wool? We have it…
We have intentionally invested in dual purpose sheep that produce delicious meat and beautiful wool. Our flock of ewes have some beautiful fleece (Gotland, Teeswater, Tunis, Targhee, and CVM) and we are happily taking orders for the spring. Contact us directly to place an order.
The Sheep
We are building a dual-purpose flock (meat and wool) and have invested in a couple different breeds based on their size, temperament and/or their drought and parasite-resistance . We have raw wool, meat, and are working toward a stock of sheep pelts.
The Pigs
Our matriarchs, Duchess and Berliose are Hereford-crosses. They are lazy and fat and love getting belly scratches and eating pears.
The Goats
We never intended to have goats, but we acquired our Nubian, Daisy, and fell in love. They keep down the poison ivy on the farm and they are available for snuggles and yoga
The Rhubarb
When we purchased the property, we inherited the local, community rhubarb patch that has been around for decades! We are honored to continue the tradition!
